No catch, any reason.
It doesn’t matter whether the problem was our fault or your fault, damaged in transit or an act of God. You've changed your mind, decide you don’t like the picture. The reason is not important, unless you're happy, we're not.
Contact us to obtain a return authorization number and return pick-up details for print to be returned. Important: Please don't send print back before obtaining a return number.

Fine art prints, Framed prints and Art-mount prints

Our framed or boxed canvas prints come with our amazing, supplier backed 75 year unconditional guarantee. This provides a life-time replacement warranty at any point (includes accidental damage, freight damage, or simple change-of-mind).
All products have varied production times.
We endeavour to get your print to you as quickly as possible, however as we make all prints to order, there is a production time for each product. You will need to add the production times below to the times listed for your shipping method to obtain an estimated delivery time.

Australia wide shipping options
We have two options for shipping to Australian addresses, Express and Standard freight.
Typically takes 1-2 days for metropolitan areas, remote areas may take longer. We use different couriers including Fastway, Express Post, and TNT depending on the product you order and the delivery address.
Typically takes 3-10 days depending on your location, remote areas may take longer. Sent via road, this could be with Australia Post or another carrier dependant on your location.
Presently, we only ship to Australian addresses. We are working on international shipping options for fine art prints. If you live outside Australia and desperately want to obtain one of my prints. Drop me a line and we can explore the options.
- Express shipped orders should arrive in 5-7 days.
- Standard shipped orders, on average should take 7-10 days
- Add 1-2 days for framed prints, framed canvas and acrylic prints.
- Shipping to remote areas may take 14 days.

We will email you tracking details as soon as the print has been produced and is on it's way to you. If your order fails to arrive after 14 days, or you haven't received a tracking number something may have gone wrong. Get in touch and we will sort it out.
Shipping is calculated at the checkout. Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout where you'll be promoted for suburb and postcode, the shipping will then display. Shipping will recalculate as you add other items to your cart.
Pay securely with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners and Debit card via either Square or Paypal secure payment gateways.

However occasionally in life, things go wrong. If you're not delighted with your print for any reason, fill out our returns request form within 72 hours and we'll arrange a replacement print or refund.
Provided you have contacted us within 72 hours of receipt of your order, we will pay for the return postage. All returns must be pre-approved and have a return number.
Steps to follow
- Complete a returns request form within 72 hours
- Obtain a return authorisation number
- Re-pack the print for collection
- Hand to courier, we will arrange collection of returns
No returns will be accepted without approval or return number.
